Meet Alina – Executive Director of Romania Without Orphans
Alina has been part of the ARFO team since 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience in the NGO sector and church ministry. Her heart has always been for vulnerable children and families in need of support.
Although her academic background is in economics, Alina felt a deep calling to serve people and advocate for those who often go unseen. Today, as Executive Director of Romania Without Orphans, she leads a passionate national team, develops strategic initiatives, and partners with local communities to ensure every child has the chance to grow up in a loving family.
Alina is motivated by every story of transformation—every child who finds a home and every parent who feels understood. For her, change begins when people are placed in the right context. One family’s testimony, after feeling supported for the first time in five years of adoption, confirmed that this work is not only necessary but life-changing.
