Nearly 53% of children in India reported being sexually abused. Such abuse often leaves children emotionally broken or mentally impaired. A dear friend of mine, George Ebenezer Vincent has spent the past 22 years bringing hope and healing to children across India. To address the vast need of emotional healing for traumatized and abused children, George has begun construction on a “Child Healing Center.” This state of the art facility will be a place of intervention and therapy for children who need to go on a journey of healing and hope. It will also be a place to equip parents, foster parents, teachers, counselors and children workers by training and inspiring them to work towards the safety and well-being of children.
