Help finish the Schmoels' basement
and provide children with a home!
A few months ago, our good friends Jeremy and Stacy were contacted by an organization identifying Stacy as a relative of four children who were placed into foster care. As they learned more about the situation, it became clear that God was leading them to become kinship foster parents for at least two of the children. The two oldest boys (ages 8 and 7) have been living with Jeremy and Stacy's family since the end of August. It is still undecided if or when the two younger children will be placed in their home. This is a decision that will likely need to be made within the next few months.
The Schmoels have room in their hearts for these children, but need people to come alongside them to help make room in their home. They have space in their basement that needs to be finished into two bedrooms and a bathroom to best accommodate their growing family. During this time of significant transition, helping to fund the basement renovation with a tax-deductible gift is one way you can partner with Jeremy and Stacy in what God is doing.
