RWO is a nonprofit that works to ensure that every child in Romania grows up in a family environment.
RWO trains caregivers, mobilizes churches and the Christian community to adopt, advocates for better child welfare laws, and provides support for families. The movement has helped increase the number of adoptions in the country and continues to work on closing orphanages and transitioning children to family-based care.
