Please see below for a listing of adoption agencies in the U.S. accredited by the Russian government to conduct adoptions.
Organizations: These organizations include not only official adoption agencies, but also organizations that provide counselling for adoptive families, identify adoptable children, etc.
Resources: Adoption resources range from books on how to love your adopted child, to the official Russian government online databank of orphans in Russia.
